FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Completely comprehensive wedding management, final coordination and execution that will dramatically reduce the time commitment for you as a couple. Your wedding planner will work with you on every planning and design aspect from vendor and venue sourcing until the day itself. Your planner will act as your advocate, teammate and collaborator, getting to know your needs and wants as a couple and helping to bring your dreams to life. Please note that for private estate weddings, full planning is our only available service offering.

DESIGN & STYLING
For couples that feel comfortable taking the lead on the logistics planning and most vendor sourcing, but need a professional to design and style the space. Your event designer will work with you to develop colour scheme, overall mood board and theme, design budget and floorplan to ensure that your event aligns perfectly with your vision. All aesthetic elements of the event including floral, furniture, drape, tablescaping, stationary, signage, candles and vinyl fall within the scope of event design.
FINAL COORDINATION
Not your average "day of coordinator". Our team takes ownership of the event for the 12 weeks leading up, working closely with your hired vendors to finetune and elevate the plans and we bring a minimum of two planners to every event we coordinate. Please note that this service may be combined with our design and styling service during high season, and is available as a standalone service during low season. Upon booking, we will be happy to provide you a list of our previously vetted vendor partners.
