My name is Lexy and I plan and design weddings.
Eclectic, personal and effortless are words I'd use to describe my personal touch. I see my role as a curator; carefully editing and fine tuning experiences for my couples based on their personal style. I work as an extension of my couples with regard to all things wedding, being in all the places you aren't, and working on your behalf to create something truly beautiful that your guests won't have seen before. It's important to me to be inspired without copying, and to try something new every time I design a wedding.

I have a taste for the finer things, but I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I love to entertain in my own personal life, and my love language teeters on the fence between acts of service, and quality time. I'd say my greatest strength is my ability to troubleshoot and make it work, I'm a team player. Along with me, I bring a fabulous team of go-getters that know how to hustle, get it done, hype you up and get your dancefloor started (in case it needs a little help). On the day of your event, we bring big smiles, the best attitudes and a well-stocked emergency kit, just in case.

I have worked as a professional event planner since 2015, and I started Lexy Marie at the end of 2018. With over 100 weddings under my belt, I keep getting more inspired.
Put simply, I love what I do, and I can't wait to hear about your dream wedding.
It's important that my clients trust me and feel that I understand their vision. Weddings are so personal in nature, and for this reason, fit needs to be considered when hiring your vendors. I offer a complimentary consultation in advance of booking to establish expectations and make sure that you feel comfortable with my approach. I take on a very limited number of weddings per year to ensure that each of my couples can be prioritized.

Lexy helped us plan not one but two pandemic weddings when we decided to pivot to an outdoor venue. She was immensely helpful in sourcing vendors, making recommendations (wedding planning involves making SO MANY decisions) and offering advice throughout the planning process. Having her there on the day of took a huge load off us and our families. Everything was seamless and we got to really focus on our guests and each other. Hey Lexy, I wanted to reach out and thank-you for all of your hard work on Shannon and Kevin's big day. You ran the event like a military genius but still managed to keep a smile on your face. Shannon didn't have to worry about anything other than smiling for the camera. They even got to enjoy dinner and dancing. It worked out even better than I could have hoped, given the tight schedule we had. All of your vendors did an absolutely fabulous job, as did your assistant. I also appreciated all of your work leading up to the day. Shannon and I are pretty organized and detail focused, but could not have pulled off the various changes in plans over the past year on our own.
